About Coach

I grew up in Marlboro, NY. I’m an ultra-marathoner, functional movement/corrective exercise specialist, and yoga enthusiast. I love all things outdoors from hiking & camping to trail running, skiing, kayaking, mountain biking, etc. Athletically, I’ve mainly been a runner and now I’m on track to become even more well-rounded with CrossFit and Olympic Lifting. My favorite lift is the Snatch! I love kettlebells and Steel Mace too! In my career, I’ve worked in many industries like fitness, hospitality/restaurants, retail, and even construction. Now and longest, I’ve been a NASM CPT with 8 years of personal training experience from small private gyms to the high-end big box gyms to running my own personal training business. I have a genuine love for human movement and figuring out what it actually means to incorporate health & wellness into your life. I believe everyone is different in their definition of fitness and I love helping them figure out what that is and learn how to pivot when life decides to “life”.
