About Coach
From a young age I have always had a passion for sports and physical exercise. After graduating college I found myself bored with the regular “globo-gym” exercise routine. Looking for guidance and something new, I found CrossFit. Ever since my first class I was enthralled and immediately fell in love with the mentality, community, and purpose driven movements. I can honestly say I have never been bored with CrossFit, whether it is hitting a new personal best or getting crushed by a WOD, it is by far one of the things I most look forward to in my day. As a CrossFit Trainer I am honored to help people become the best version of themselves. If you’re having a bad day - come to CrossFit, if you’re having a good day - come to CrossFit, if you need a safe place - come to CrossFit.
