The core of what we do. Constantly varied, functional movements, performed at a high intensity. Running, rowing, weightlifting, gymnastics, and everything in between. Scaled to all fitness abilities.
The practice of the snatch and the clean and jerk. This class occurs twice per week and focuses on these two lifts, incorporating accessory work to compliment these movements.
A class once per week that focuses solely on gymnastics movements that are most commonly practiced in CrossFit. From handstands to pull ups and core strict work.
A female-only CrossFit class. This class occurs two times per week and as always, is open to all fitness levels.
Saturday’s at 10:15AM, ages 5-10, $10 per class.
Thursdays at 5:30PM, free for Newburgh Free Academy high school students.
Saturdays at 9:00AM for all teens, $10 per class.
