The core of what we do. Constantly varied, functional movements, performed at a high intensity. Running, rowing, weightlifting, gymnastics, and everything in between. Scaled to all fitness abilities.
The practice of the snatch and the clean and jerk. This class occurs twice per week and focuses on these two lifts, incorporating accessory work to compliment these movements.
A class once per week that focuses solely on gymnastics movements that are most commonly practiced in CrossFit. From handstands to pull ups and core strict work.
A female-only class designed for pregnant and postpartum women. This class occurs three time per week and as always, is open to all fitness levels.
On a rotating basis this class occurs on Saturdays. A great way to recover from the week's prior hard work.
A time to come into the gym and work on your weaknesses or additional programming of your choice.
